Order Status
You can find out the status of your order by visiting the order list page. In addition, by default you will receive an email when the status of your order is changed. If you prefer not to receive these emails this can be switched off by editing your account
The possible status values are :
- Unknown - your order was placed before the order status facility was introduced and so there is no status entered into the system. If you have not received your order and wish to know the current status you can email shop@somarecords.com
- Order Placed - your order has been sent for processing. Your card is still to be charged at this stage
- Card Declined - your credit or debit card has been declined, please see the notes for details or email shop@somarecords.com
- Payment Received - your credit or debit card has been charged and your order is now being packaged for delivery
- Order Completed - your order has been sent, if you selected for it to be sent via recorded delivery a tracking number should be available
- Failed to Deliver - your package was returned by the Royal Mail as undeliverable, please contact shop@somarecords.com
