Delivery
By default orders are sent using Recorded Delivery which requires a signature upon receipt of the order. This can be changed to standard post by clicking the Change link on the Detailed Basket or on the Confirm Order page. Registered users can store their preference for delivery method which is used for all future orders, but may be changed from the stored preference for an individual order.
The prices for postage of each item are as follows

For Recorded Delivery an additional £0.63 is added for UK orders and £2.60 for International Recorded
Of course, no postage is charged on items that are downloaded. The order will display the postage as N/A, unless you also order items that must be posted, in which case the appropriate postage will be charged for only those items.
We will despatch your order as soon as possible and within one week, at the latest, after the order being accepted. Estimated delivery times are as follows;
- UK - 2/3 days
- Europe Ð 5/7 days
- Rest Of World Ð 7/10 days
Please note that all times are estimated and once despatched can be tracked using http://www.royalmail.com/ if you opted for Recorded Delivery, using the tracking number provided. Should your order not have arrived within 30 days of the order being despatched an investigation shall be launched with Royal Mail on the customers behalf, once we have been informed of the problem.
The online shop cannot be used to order products for delivery to countries noted on the Missing Countries list. Orders to those countries must be placed by calling +44 (0)141 229 6220. There are no export restrictions on any products offered.
