ALLERGY

In 1988 Trackmaster Lou Robinson brought together Marc Kinchen, Terrence Parker, and himself as Seperate Minds to record an EP for Express Records out of Detroit.

When the Seperate Minds decided to go their separate ways, Lou continued making his presence felt throughout the techno scene with releases on Underground Resistance, 430 West, and Tresor, going under several guises including Unknown Force and Scan 7. Fans of Trackmaster Lou know what to expect from his music — warm yet tough sounds, compellingly futuristic, with warping synthetics that lock into a hard groove.

Allergy is the project which sees Lou team up with DJ Reggie. Reggie has been instrumental in bringing the Detroit sound to the scene since the mid eighties, having DJ'd opposite Derrick May at The Liedernacht, and also playing at The Shelter and the City Club.

Allergy have produced two EPs for Soma: "Intuition" and "No Boundaries".
